Christmas Party to close to Christmas
I recommend that the League Christmas Party be scheduled in early December instead of close to Christmas when people have families coming in or they are traveling. People are also more likely to have the money to pay for the party at the beginning of the month instead of close to Christmas.

Response to Rick Beltram for 70's team
Rick, I already gave you all of my information earlier this year and i told you I turn 70 at the end of this month but I never heard back from you after I told you I was interested this past year. I have played all outfield positions successfully through most of my playing years but can play 2nd or 1st, if needed. I play my best in the field by consistently being in one position as this helps me gauge the batters and where they hit. I have decent speed still as you can ask anyone in the WHAC's league that has consistently seen me play. I always show up if I say I will. Howard Wilcox

Looking for Players 69 and over!
Hey guys, the Outlaws 70+ Florida Half Century team is looking for a couple of more players that will turn 70 next yr. or are already that, and older that would like to play some Senior tournaments. Doug Bell is the team manager and a super guy that wants players that just want to play and have some fun while we still can lol. I've played with a number of the players on the current roster, and can say after playing last season that these are all great guys. And some pretty good ball players too. You can call me to get Doug's number to talk to either of us. Thanks for posting this. And BTW I will be back able to play ball again Feb. 1st. Sincerely, Rick Bertram

Infighting and derogatory comments have to stop
This game is a great game and we are privileged to be able to play it . The auguring and comments among players need to stop. Coached being disrespectful of players and allowing others to be disrespectful of other who may have made an error or had a senior moment need to stop. It becomes not fun anymore and affects everyone's game.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The website says “if you don’t want to participate in the pledge of allegiance, stay in the dugout until it’s over” I will go one better…. “if you don’t want to participate STAY HOME” There is NO room in our league for ANY type of who want to protest our freedoms and American values. Thank You🇺🇸🥎💪🏼

Wayne Your Right
Wayne you are so right. Prez doesn't know what he's doing. Prez is for the Whacs corp not the rules committee.Keep adding rules that just don't make sense or slow the game down.Becoming a joke anymore.

This new softball rule
This new softball rule is not valid. It is NOT the responsibility of the score keeper to notify anyone about who is suppose to be on deck. This is a MANAGERS responsiblity and no one elses. If the manager cannot control his team,he should not be managing. The teams total lineup and corrections is on the manager and not the official scorer. If someone is missing after the lineup is in the book, the manager should notify the scorer and the other manager if a correction is needed.A manager may ask the scorer who the next batter is suppose to be so there is no batting out of order. As an official scorer,I WILL NOT be managing any managers. And while we are on the subject of managing, all managers are suppose to give the scorer his lineup 10 minutes before the game is scheduled to start and not as the game is beginning or just prior to the start of the game.

See you on the other side!
We played one season together 2018 to 2019. I believe it was. Way a good time we didn’t win the championship but we played pretty good. Terri always had a good attitude. We always chatted a bit even when we were opponents he will be missed, so sorry that some careless driver had to have caused this.

Condolences
Life is so fickle, things change minute to minute. One day a fellow old timer is your opponent the next day he’s gone. If I learned anything from these occurrences is that you can never love and respect a fellow player enough. I never got the opportunity to get to know Terry personally but from the accolades coming his way I wish I had. This kind of tragedy seems to serve no purpose but it should at least serve to bring us closer together and to make us understand that kindness is a virtue of the strong. Heaven is getting a good solid player and a better human.
