Just letting everyone of my WHACS family and friends that wife Marcia passed away on May 6th. More information to come later.

Not only does this player show up every game, pitch & manage but on his own time he helps organize parties, helps put together Summer League rosters and play dates, updates the schedule when it's changed due to many rain-outs but also brings the score sheet to my door on days I don't play.

Nelson's team management made it a pleasure to play Senior Softball for WHACs! Even without key players, he got us to the final in the late planning one-game elimination tournament! I am going to miss playing for Nelson and his treating everyone with respect! Everyone have a good summer, and God Bless!

Wow! What a great season! Teams were close in the standings and we would all great each other from both teams each time we played. I will miss you all this summer but knowing I am going back to Tigerland makes me feel better. One thing that I could say to make a am already great league better...have two managers per team. Two buddy's who like each other and be able to divide up duties. This one league I am going back into in Mich has had the same two managers for all six teams for the third year in a row! Today wrapped up final play for 25/26 season for our team (Broncos) I was blessed to have these guys on the team. Through all the ups and downs we stayed a team. If I could do it over again ,I would draft the same guys. We stayed in first for most of the season. That's not easy. Only picked up a sub once, not counting today. That's a managers dream. Just a big thank you to the best team the league had this year.

Sincere thanks to all the players on the SWAMPERS for a great season - we did what we set out to do as a team! Thanks also to Lou Lepore and Mike Workman who helped us out when needed.
We certainly had some challenges, but we addressed them accordingly - couldn't be any more proud of our team's performance!

I'd like to give a big shout-out to Nelson Perez as the best manager and representative for WHAC's, playing senior softball! Nelson would treat everyone equally, with respect, and talk to you man-to-man without getting in your face or yelling at you on the field like you were a little kid. I will miss our team, friendly competition, and the league friends that I made this last season. God Bless to you all.
