Commissioner's letter to WHACS Members
12/1/2011
In all my 23 years with WHACS I've seen quite a few members pass on. They were members who loved the game and the organization. WHACS over the years became a second home to most of us and as we know, it is not just a Softball League, it's a bunch of guys getting together as a Family, playing together and going out together. We all came from different walks of life and wound up in Spring Hill. We made many friends, started a new life, a life that included fun & games. We have always come together in times of need when it comes to supporting our members. This year has been extremely rough as we have lost too many members. Art Nemeth, Larry Cournoyer, Al Vasone, Joe Sedlak, Dom Maglio, Tommy Burke and now Jack Hayes.

They are all with a new Manager, The Big Man in the Sky!. Life has many short commings as we all know so enjoy every day we are out there and keep our passed members in our prayers. Remember, the members of WHACS are a Family, not just a Softball Club.
